Terms of Service
Effective 27 October 2026
The agreement and the company
Scouten is operated by SpaceRx LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Our business mailing address is 312 W 2nd St PMB 3294, Casper, WY 82601. Contact us at support@scouten.ai. In these terms, “Scouten,” “we” and “us” mean SpaceRx LLC, and “you” means the business or individual accepting these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 and use the service for lawful business purposes.
These terms, the plan and charges accepted at checkout, and any separately signed agreement govern your use. A signed agreement controls where it expressly conflicts with these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Features, territories, allowances and delivery channels are those expressly included in your accepted plan; descriptions of optional features do not grant additional access or authorize extra charges.
What Scouten provides
Scouten organizes property and business information from public records and other identified sources. Growth helps contractors and other service businesses identify relevant properties and organizations, organize audiences, review available contacts and, where enabled and authorized, manage email or physical-mail outreach and a pipeline. Monitor helps authorized users follow selected properties, review available records and history, and receive configured reports or alerts. Territory selection may use supported counties, ZIP codes or other supported boundaries. Plans and territories are not exclusive, and other customers may access the same public information.
Coverage depends on the source, jurisdiction, record type, property and date shown. Adding a territory or property does not mean every government source, unit or space is covered. A scan of information already held is not a new government inspection or a promise that a source has just been refreshed. We may show that coverage, matching or contact information is unavailable or uncertain rather than present it as verified.
Public records, identity matches, extracted contacts, rankings and automated or AI-assisted assessments can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. A confidence score is an assessment of the available evidence, not a probability guarantee, proof of identity, proof that an email will deliver, consent to marketing, or confirmation that a property needs work. Check the cited source and independently confirm material facts before acting. Scouten does not guarantee leads, contracts, conversions, revenue, delivery or business results.
The service is not an inspection, title search, engineering opinion, compliance certification, emergency notification system, or legal, financial, insurance or other professional advice. Do not rely on an alert as the sole means of meeting a deadline, maintaining a property or addressing a hazard.
Accounts and workspace authority
Keep account access secure and use only authorized identities and roles. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Workspace administrators may manage their workspace’s members and permitted settings. A member’s role does not give access to another customer’s private workspace. We may access information as reasonably needed to operate, secure or support the service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the authority to upload, use and disclose customer content, including documents, contact lists and property information. Do not upload passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive personal information not needed for the supported service.
Your content and sharing
You retain your rights in content you supply. You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit and display it to provide, maintain and secure the service and carry out your authorized instructions. This does not transfer ownership of your private content to other customers. Public or independently sourced records may also exist in Scouten independently of your upload.
You may share reports or property history only through supported, authorized sharing methods and only when you have the necessary rights. A property sale does not automatically transfer an account, subscription, private notes, communications, documents or other parties’ personal information. A history-transfer request must identify the property, recipient and authorized records and may require proof of authority and review of third-party rights. Only the approved information may be transferred; availability depends on the supported workflow. Revoking access cannot recall copies a recipient already lawfully obtained.
Permitted use and restrictions
Subject to your plan, you may use Scouten information for your own lawful business operations and outreach. You may provide relevant reports to your authorized team or clients for that purpose. You may not resell or bulk redistribute Scouten datasets, provide unauthorized access, build a competing data product by extracting our service, evade technical limits, interfere with operation, or infringe others’ rights. This restriction does not claim ownership of underlying public records or limit rights you independently have in them.
Do not use Scouten information or scores to determine anyone’s eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenancy, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Do not use it to investigate or rate a person’s character or suitability for those purposes, discriminate unlawfully, harass, threaten, dox, impersonate, or make unsupported claims about distress, wrongdoing or violations. We may restrict use that presents these risks. This prohibition is not a representation that a disclaimer alone determines the application of any law.
Outreach and delivery
Finding a contact does not establish permission to contact that person. You must have a lawful basis for each channel, identify the true sender, use accurate content, honor applicable consent and opt-out requirements, and comply with advertising, privacy, telephone, email and postal rules. Do not remove required identity, postal-address or unsubscribe information, defeat suppression controls, or re-enroll someone contrary to their request. We retain our own legal responsibilities; these terms do not transfer duties that the law places on us.
Review the audience, sender, content, channel and disclosed charges before authorizing a campaign. Authorization is limited to what you approved. Third-party providers may reject, delay or return a message or piece. Delivery statuses and estimates are not proof that a person read or acted on it. A printed or submitted piece may no longer be cancellable; provider costs actually incurred may remain payable as disclosed before authorization. Additional paid enrichment, postage or delivery is not included unless the accepted plan expressly says so and is not authorized merely by selecting a contact.
Subscriptions and cancellation
The price, billing interval, included usage and any trial or introductory terms are disclosed before you subscribe. Monthly plans are charged in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled only where you have agreed to recurring billing. We do not receive full card numbers. A founding rate is preserved only on the continuity conditions expressly offered at purchase; these terms do not create a new discount or change an existing promise.
You may cancel renewal through the billing controls provided in your account or by contacting support@scouten.ai from an authorized account. Unless an accepted offer or applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees for an already-started period are not automatically prorated or refunded; this does not limit mandatory refunds, correction of erroneous charges or an express written refund offer. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests. We may suspend paid features for unpaid amounts after appropriate notice, without treating that as authorization for additional spending.
We will disclose price changes before they apply to a later renewal and obtain consent where required. We do not apply a new subscription price retroactively to a paid period. Trial conversion or other charges require the disclosures and consent applicable to that offer.
Service changes and ending access
We may change the service, retire a source or limit a feature for security, source availability, legal or operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting a paid service where practicable and any remedy required by law or an accepted offer. We may suspend misuse or unauthorized access, or terminate a material breach after notice and an opportunity to cure where appropriate. Immediate action may be necessary to prevent harm or comply with law.
Ending access does not erase lawful payment obligations or automatically delete records retained under the Privacy Policy. Request any available export before access ends; we do not promise indefinite access after termination.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. Nothing excludes a warranty or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or lost profits, arising from this agreement. SpaceRx LLC’s aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited, and do not eliminate mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify SpaceRx LLC against third-party claims and reasonable associated costs resulting from your unlawful outreach, content you supplied without necessary rights, or intentional misuse of the service. This does not cover claims caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct. We will give prompt notice, reasonable cooperation and an opportunity to control the defense; no settlement may admit fault or impose obligations on us without our reasonable consent.
Disputes and general provisions
Contact support@scouten.ai first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to them are governed by Florida law, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law, except that mandatory applicable law continues to apply. Except for eligible small-claims matters or where applicable law requires otherwise, the parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or, if federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida sitting in Miami. Nothing in this clause waives nonwaivable consumer, privacy or other statutory rights, or prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to a small-claims court otherwise available by law.
We may update these terms with notice of material changes and an effective date. Changes are prospective; we will seek renewed agreement where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or this agreement without our written agreement, except as otherwise required by law; property-history sharing is a separate, limited process. Contact and notices may be sent to support@scouten.ai or our business mailing address above.
