    Trade companies

    $297 / month

    Founding rate: the price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. If it lapses, the price on sale at that time applies.

    • Plan scope: 100 business-contact credits per UTC calendar month and 3 users
    • Account records for your trade and territory, each with the reason, the event date and the owner, manager or contractor role where the record shows one
    • One credit is one delivered business email or phone number with its role, source and date, counted by workspace, channel and value. A duplicate or unusable contact is credited back, and a repeat delivery of the same one is free in any month
    • Credits are counted by UTC calendar month, not by your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over. There are no automatic overages: once the credits are used, eligible contacts are queued and not charged
    • Our team counts credits and sets up your people by hand. There is no automatic meter yet.

    A ZIP code that is not exactly five digits, or a sixth different code, is refused rather than dropped. Choosing restoration? Restoration lists are ranked from public-record proxies only: building age, an open code-enforcement case, a recent sale, other recent permits, an owner who mails elsewhere and building size. Scouten does not hold water, fire, mold or storm damage records, so this is not a list of damaged properties and no property on it is known to have had a loss.

    • 10 history briefs a month, prepared by our team on request
    • Our team sets up your properties and people and keeps the counts by hand. There is no automatic meter yet.
    • Your records can be exported on request at no extra charge

Terms in plain words

Billing
Monthly. No annual lock-in. You choose a paid plan yourself, by name, before anything is charged.
Trial
14 days, no card. It starts only after we confirm coverage for your properties or territory. Monitor: up to 10 properties, 2 history briefs and 1 guided review. Growth: 25 account records and 20 contact credits. The trial's 20 credits are one total for the trial and do not reset at a month boundary. A trial never turns into a paid plan on its own.
What counts as a property
A property is one covered street address or building, matched to its parcel and unit records. Units inside it are not charged as separate properties. A site with several buildings or addresses is scoped with you before checkout.
More than 25 properties
Monitor: $100 / month for each additional block of 25 properties, arranged with us by hand.
Contact credits
Growth only. A credit is not a person: one credit is one delivered business email or phone number, counted by workspace, channel and value, so a person with an email and a phone uses two. A repeat delivery of the same one is free in any month, and a duplicate or unusable contact is credited back. Credits are counted by UTC calendar month and unused credits do not roll over. A contact whose month turns out to have been spent on an unusable record is replaced with a credit in the current month. Once the credits are used, eligible contacts are queued and nothing is billed for extra credits.
Cancel
Cancel a trial at any time from your trial page. Cancel a paid plan at any time before the next renewal and you are not charged for the following month.
Export
You can export the records you hold with us at no extra charge, whether or not you stay. A free brief is a sample, not a purchased report.
Not exclusive
The records are public, so other companies can see the same properties. Nothing here promises an appointment, a job or a result.

Need more than five ZIP codes, or another region?

Growth lists are built where Scouten has confirmed coverage for the territory. Tell us the trade and area you want and we will say what we can confirm there and quote it. We add a region only when we hold its permit and property records.

What happens after you pay

  1. After you choose a plan, Stripe confirms the payment and Scouten sets up your workspace.
  2. We send a sign-in link to the email you used at checkout. If it does not arrive, request a new one from the sign-in page.
  3. Growth: once you are signed in, Opportunities ranks up to 50 properties for your trade and ZIP codes, for HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical and general contracting, with no wait for us. Restoration is different: your setup page shows whether automatic restoration ranking is on for your workspace. Where it is not, our team prepares that first list by hand from public-record proxies, not damage records, and aims to send it within 7 days.
  4. Monitor: send us your property list and we add it by hand. We aim to start your weekly digest on the first Monday after your properties and recipients are set up.
